Strategic Workforce Planning Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Leader to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise-wide workforce planning strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth projections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven workforce planning strategy that supports business growth and objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with adjacent teams to ensure alignment with forward-looking plans and deliverables.
  • Establish and conduct regular reporting to support a data-driven workforce plan.
  • Develop tools and resources to enhance a strategic people planning mindset across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in workforce planning, preferably in a complex, multi-regional global organization.
  • Prior experience with program establishment and a passion for working with large complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on predictive modeling and best-in-class technology.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at the executive level.
