Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Adviser to contribute to the long-term vision and aspirations for the SLT workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policy and narrative relating to the collection of SLT workforce data, developing strategies and relationships to communicate and influence members and external stakeholders about the workforce, and lead on student funding policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce strategy and policy to support the growth and development of the SLT workforce
  • Collect and analyze SLT workforce data to inform policy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and external stakeholders to communicate and influence workforce strategy
  • Lead on student funding policy to support the development of the SLT workforce

Requirements

  • Experience of using data to support influencing and strategic development
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks and priorities
