Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contingent Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Manning Global AG.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contingent workforce programs, with a proven track record of establishing and enhancing systems, processes, and policies to effectively oversee third-party workers, independent contractors, and outsourced staff.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with local business units to standardize contingent workforce management processes and guidelines, including employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, payment processes, cost control, and budget management.

In addition to technical expertise, the Contingent Workforce Management Specialist will possess a strong understanding of labor laws related to contingent workforce in EMEA and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimized solutions for outsourcing models, ROI improvement, and management capability enhancement.
  • Conduct research to identify industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with personnel-related regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in contingent workforce program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws related to contingent workforce in EMEA.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
