Job Summary:

The Workforce Education Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive learning opportunities for our workforce. This includes assessing organisational requirements, designing and delivering training programs, and monitoring their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to identify organisational needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that address specific skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in workforce education.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
