As a coordinator, you will lead the development of strategies, processes, and policies promoting best practice in recruiting and supporting volunteers. You will work closely with service user and carer networks, local communities, professional bodies, and voluntary organisations to recruit involvement volunteers and identify potential placement opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate data, overseeing the volunteer database, and providing regular monitoring reports to NHS England and Governance within the Trust. The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
