Job Summary:
  • This role involves managing a team of volunteers in delivering works safely and to a high standard.
  • You will oversee volunteer engagement and development, focusing on the Offside Vegetation (OSV) project.
  • Providing background information for volunteer work programmes is crucial for this role.
  • You will coordinate staff, vehicles, and equipment for efficient delivery of volunteer works.
  • Developing training programmes to maintain and improve volunteer skills levels is also a key responsibility.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is £31,220 per annum, including £4,000 Inner London Allowance.
  • Competitive contributory pension scheme with company matching up to 10%.
  • 25 days paid holiday (increasing to 30 days after 5 years).

Requirements:
  • A manual/construction/outdoor work experience is essential.
  • Countryside practice and vegetation skills are advantageous.

  • Demonstrate high-quality work standards.
  • Relevant experience in paid or volunteer roles (outdoors, environmental, customer service).
