Volunteer Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Volunteer Coordinator to lead our volunteer team in social care services.
The role involves recruiting, training and supervising volunteers to deliver programs that achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the volunteer team in social care services to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £14.97 per hour PAYE, paid 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday, normal working hours for 3 months.
