Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Adult Social Care team as a Senior Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing volunteer programmes that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver volunteer programmes that align with our organisational objectives.
  2. Manage and supervise volunteers to ensure they provide high-quality services.
  3. Source and engage volunteers from various channels, including external sources and service user groups.
  4. Ensure adherence to our safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as local authority regulations.
  5. Possess a good standard of education, with a minimum level 3 qualification.
  6. Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.

The salary for this position is expected to be around £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
