**Social Work First is seeking a highly experienced and skilled children's social worker to join our team as a Children's Workforce Academy Lead.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and registered children's social worker with strong leadership skills, able to lead and manage a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include recruiting, inducting, and training team members, developing and delivering training programmes, and coordinating training opportunities.
About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively with staff at all levels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
What We OfferSocial Work First offers a competitive salary of £46 per hour, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment. This is a 3-month placement, 3 days a week, on site, with a limited status, inside IR35.
