Nursing Workforce Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Nurse Leader to join our team as Development Nurse (Nursing CPD Lead). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Trust's nursing workforce and drive professional excellence.
As Clinical Development Lead, you will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive CPD strategy, manage NHS England CPD funding, and develop professional education and training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of CPD funding and resources
- Leadership in CPD programme development
- Delivery and facilitation of learning interventions
- Professional leadership and support
- Governance, compliance, and reporting
- Workforce development and retention strategies
Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disability) with current NMC registration
- Significant experience in a senior nursing role, with a strong emphasis on education, training, and workforce development
