Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Lead to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end Workforce Planning function in EU Ops. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience in workforce planning and analytics. You will be responsible for generating workforce requirements, building and maintaining metrics and reports, and working closely with finance teams to build labour forecasting models. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, mathematics, or statistics).
  2. Proven experience in workforce planning and analytics.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary Estimate
£60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
