**Job Title:** Management Consultant – Workforce Transformation (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant with expertise in HR Transformation to lead our projects across oil and gas clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR strategy, organizational design, and change management initiatives to optimize workforce performance and streamline HR processes in large, complex organizations.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead HR transformation projects across oil and gas clients, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and digital HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that align HR operations with business goals.
  • Conduct workforce analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Manage change management processes and support the adoption of new HR technologies and practices.

**Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on HR transformation in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, HR technology and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in global or multi-regional oil and gas projects is preferred.
