Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Transformation Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry experts and drive meaningful change in the HR landscape.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR roles with a focus on process improvement, hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow implementations from an HR perspective, and a strong understanding of HR functions including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and workforce planning.

A professional services / law firm background is highly desirable, and excellent problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach to driving HR efficiency, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and ServiceNow, optimising HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement HR processes within the Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Execute tests to ensure the system aligns to the requirements and design.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations using Workday and ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HR processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide support and training to HR teams on best practices for utilising Workday HCM and ServiceNow.
  • Guide on transitioning Workday and ServiceNow into production.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on HR process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow implementations from an HR perspective.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Professional services / law firm experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HR stakeholders and translate business requirements into system processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving HR efficiency.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities are also available.
