Senior Workforce Planning Role

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Planning expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR strategy group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Legal & General's workforce.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver people reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement people data and workforce planning strategies.

  • Develop and deliver complex reporting, dashboards, and storyboards to inform business strategy
  • Provide data-driven people insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Support strategic workforce planning, modelling, and forecasting to align business plans with capability needs
  • Drive insights capability development, building advanced analytics skills in HR
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First-hand knowledge of designing and implementing complex data structures, strong analytical skills, and experience with data analysis and problem-solving
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends in workforce behaviours
  • Expert knowledge of data analytics, visualisation, and reporting using various tools, including PowerBI and Alteryx
  • Broad technical understanding of different analytics tools and metrics, with excellent communication skills

Please note that the estimated salary for this role is around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
