Job Description:

The Clinical Development Lead role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our Trust's nursing workforce strategy. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader who can bring a fresh perspective and ideas to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of education and training programmes
  • Manage CPD funding and resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce development needs

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disability) with current NMC registration
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role, with a focus on education, training, and workforce development

Salary Range: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum.
