Lead Clinical Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nurse to join our prestigious neuro-disability service in London. This unique position comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will have a background in complex care and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, as well as utilizing complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care.
To ensure patients receive the best possible care, we offer internal and external training courses to every member of the nursing team. The successful candidate will attend all training and engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to further their clinical knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
