  • Estimated Salary: £22-£23 per hour (dependent on experience).
  • Working Hours: Flexible schedule from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility.
  • Location: Beautifully located in Bracknell, Berkshire.

About the Role:

  1. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll be responsible for ensuring high standards of care across the home, supporting the Home Manager in the successful management of the home.
  2. You'll work closely with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care and monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. You'll also provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  4. In addition, you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  5. Finally, you'll play a key role in promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the home.

Your Background:

  • You'll need previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead Nurse, Unit Lead, or Nurse Manager in a similar setting.
  • A UK NMC Pin (RGN/RMN) is essential for this role.
