As a Clinical Governance Lead Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in leading the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple Care Homes.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration, holding a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. With experience working in a care home environment and confident clinical mentorship skills, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet regulations. You will also work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to continually improve standards and implement key actions to address any issues that arise.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a sharp analytical mind. As a Clinical Governance Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for mentoring new staff, organizing training programs, and delivering clinical investigations. Your leadership skills and ability to build relationships will enable you to drive impressive results.
