Nurse Clinical Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across our Care Homes. This role requires strong leadership skills, sharp analytical mind and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships and deliver on action plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards.
- Analyse the results of the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month and identify practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met.
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues which arise.
To join us as a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
