About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Workforce Development Strategist to join our team in London and South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a workforce development plan to grow and maintain a skilled workforce that enables an all-year-round multi-sport offer in our priority places.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a workforce development plan to support the growth and maintenance of a skilled workforce.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of the StreetGames Workforce Development offer for over 400 locally trusted organisations (LTOs) in London and the Southeast.
  • Work with LTOs to enable them to access workforce development opportunities that help build capability and capacity.
  • Collaborate with the StreetGames training academy and network support teams to ensure all LTOs can access the core offer appropriate to their workforce needs.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in workforce development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working with diverse stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people in underserved communities and a passion for using sport as a tool for positive change.

What We Offer

As a Regional Workforce Development Strategist at StreetGames UK Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and communities. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.
