Job Title: Workforce Planning Strategist

About the Role:
McCabe & Barton is partnering with a leading consultancy to find a highly skilled Workforce Planning Strategist for a utility's client in London. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workforce planning, people analytics, and working closely with HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a credible workforce plan that aligns business, suppliers, and regulators on the changing landscape of work to be delivered.
- Work closely with CXO level stakeholders and HR Directors to ensure the success of the project.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning and people analytics.
- Strong experience of working with HR teams and developing strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
