Director of Workforce Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Workforce Development. The successful candidate will lead our workforce development initiatives, driving business outcomes and achieving organisational goals.
About the Role:
The Director of Workforce Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our workforce capabilities, improve employee engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. With a strong focus on talent management, the Director will work closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, workforce development, or a related field. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. A deep understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential for this role.
Salary: £130,000 per annum
