Are you passionate about sports development and want to make a real impact in your community? We are seeking a Workforce Development Manager - London & South East to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a workforce development plan to support our network of over 400 locally trusted organisations (LTOs) in London & the Southeast.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in London and the Southeast.

You will work closely with our Development Director of London & Southeast, the Sport 4 Good Development Manager, National Training Academy, and the wider StreetGames team to deliver training and workforce development opportunities to our LTOs.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to lead this initiative and make a real difference in the lives of young people and their communities.
