About the Role

We're seeking a Workforce Development Expert to join our AWS Data Center Learning Team. This role involves collecting and analyzing assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in assessment methods and workforce competencies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent assessment or organizational development and a degree in organizational psychology, data science, or a related field.

They will also possess outstanding analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.

The estimated salary for this position is around $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
