Staffordshire-based Austin Fraser is hiring a seasoned Workforce Planning Manager for a Contract basis. This role will help the Head of Workforce achieve a restructure and transformation for a Local Authority / Council.

About the Role

This position involves:

  1. Developing and implementing transformation and restructure strategies, including (but not limited to):
  • Workforce planning
  • Job evaluation
  • Talent mapping
  • Succession planning
Spearheading change management initiatives, driving a new way of working.Fostering collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive organisational development and transformation.Ensuring alignment with the Council's target costs / medium term financial strategy.

The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in Transformation and restructure in a Local Authority, a CIPD qualification, and exceptional skills and experience in change management.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in Transformation and restructure in a Local Authority
  • CIPD is essential
  • Excellent skills and experience in change management
Terms and Conditions
  • Salary: £600-£700+ per day, inside IR35 negotiable based on experience
  • Hybrid working
  • Contract type: Contract
  • Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
