We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join AIG as our Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in supporting the objectives of our organization and driving business success.

Job Description:
  • Lead strategic skilled-based workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting future staffing needs, capacity planning, and analysis of labor market trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with organizational objectives and evaluate potential talent gaps.
  • Create forecasting tools and scenarios using internal and external data to meet future demand.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in business, human resources management, data analytics, statistics, or closely related fields preferred.
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders, communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences, and influencing others to implement recommendations.
  • Extensive proficiency in creating advanced reports, interactive dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using desktop visualization tools.

Salary: $150,000 per year
