Opportunity Overview

Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Organizational Development Specialist in Staffordshire. This contract-based position will focus on assisting the Head of Workforce in delivering a restructure and transformation for a Local Authority/Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on transformation and restructure objectives, including workforce planning, job evaluation, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Assist with change management objectives, helping to provide a new way of working.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver organizational development and transformation.
  • Align all transformation and restructure objectives with the Council's target costs/medium-term financial strategy.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in transformation and restructure in a Local Authority.
  • CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Very strong skills and experience in change management.
What We Offer
  • A competitive daily rate of £600-£700+ (negotiable based on experience).
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Contract type: Contract.
