Workforce Planning Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to lead on transformation and restructure objectives for a Local Authority/Council.
About the role:- Lead on transformation and restructure objectives, including workforce planning, job evaluation, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Assist with change management objectives, providing a new way of working.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver organisational development and transformation.
This role requires extensive experience in Transformation and restructure in a Local Authority, CIPD qualification, and strong skills in change management. As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the Council's target costs/medium term financial strategy.

The salary range for this role is £600-£700+ per day (inside IR35), negotiable based on experience. Benefits include hybrid working, contract type: Contract, and hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday.
