Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Planning and Optimization Specialist to join our team at Career Moves Group I B Corp™. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to design and manage efficient staffing models, scheduling processes, and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demands.
  • Implement performance metrics and analytics to track key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
