We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Director to join our team at Wise. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our Workforce Management (WFM) efforts and driving strategic initiatives to optimize our servicing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement WFM strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a global team of WFM professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve our WFM capabilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a WFM or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
