Workforce Partner Specialist

Novax Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Workforce Partner Specialist to work in Walthamstowe. This is a full-time contract position, working 30 hours per week.
About the Position:The position involves providing strategic and operational advice to senior management teams within designated areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent application of company policies and compliance with HR procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, with experience in employee relations, talent management or as an HR Business Partner. A relevant qualification or degree in Human Resources or similar is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational advice to senior management teams
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with HR procedures
- Lead and manage staff in resolving complex employee relations issues
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, with experience in employee relations, talent management or as an HR Business Partner
