Programme Details

The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and ability to work in a broad role spanning the entire recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support Programme Manager in daily operations
  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and third-party vendors
  • Record-keeping and reporting on recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent recruitment process knowledge and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
