We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on stimulating projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in workforce development.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in recruitment and retention, fostering employee growth, and aiding in organizational changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to lead a restructure project spanning over six months.

You will also be responsible for managing teams comprised of employees from different employers with varying terms and conditions, policies, and governance processes. Ensuring alignment and adherence to ACAS processes will be a key aspect of this role.

This position requires a high level of input and collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
