Senior Workforce Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Deputy Director of Workforce Planning & Systems at a prominent London-based NHS Trust.
This exciting opportunity requires expertise in strategic workforce planning, scenario planning, and providing high-quality insights to drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading complex workforce planning initiatives, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
A competitive minimum salary of £80,000 per annum is available for this position, reflecting the organisation's dedication to recruiting top talent.
As part of Morgan Law's commitment to client satisfaction, flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days on-site work per week, are also offered.
Candidates must demonstrate significant experience in leading workforce planning in large, complex organisations, preferably within the NHS, and holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher.
