Senior Workforce Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workforce Management Specialist to lead our workforce transformation efforts. This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to London or Manchester for workshops.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in workforce management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. They will work closely with senior stakeholders, including HR and operations teams, to gather and clarify requirements for the workforce management system.
About the Role:
- Facilitate workshops to ensure all stakeholder perspectives and ways of working are considered.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to workforce management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit and document thorough requirements to ensure future benefits are realised.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as Lead / Senior Business Analyst with significant Workforce Management / WFM experience.
- Demonstrable experience working with HR and Operational stakeholders and building consensus with a senior team.
- Able to use prior WFM BA experience to share best practice and the art of the possible.
Benefits:
- Up to £470 per day.
- Largely remote, with some travel to London & Manchester for workshops.
