Healthcare Workforce Developer

This role involves working closely with the education academy and clinical colleagues to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of care provided by our nursing workforce.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
