We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our team in the UK.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis of business processes related to workforce management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into system specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Analysts to conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to workforce management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and operations, to gather and clarify requirements for the workforce management system.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with significant Workforce Management (WFM) experience.
  • Dayforce experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience working with HR and Operational stakeholders and building consensus with a senior team.

Working Arrangements:

The role is largely remote, with occasional travel to London or Manchester for workshops or other relevant meetings.
