About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy Specialist to join our team at LevelUP HCS. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning initiatives, including talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in HR or Leadership roles with a proven track record in program management, design, and delivery of global talent initiatives. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data analytics and insights to inform workforce planning strategies.

This role requires collaboration with leaders and HR stakeholders to manage future workforce needs and ensure the organization is well-prepared for growth. Our estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning initiatives, including talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Design and execute robust workforce planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
