This role will oversee comprehensive talent management and leadership development programs, shaping the future of our organization and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Director of Workforce Strategy will report to the Global Head of Talent & HR Business and be responsible for developing and executing talent management and leadership development strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying talent needs, creating succession plans, and facilitating leadership training sessions.

Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Continuously improve and manage performance management to ensure continuous employee development and engagement.
  2. Succession Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession planning. Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity.
  3. Leadership Development: Manage a Leadership Development Program to develop talent for key leadership roles. Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans. Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  4. Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to align talent management and leadership development initiatives with the company's strategic goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and leadership development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management and leadership development programs.
Salary

We offer a competitive compensation package with a bonus structure and extended benefits package. You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
