Job Title: Workforce Operations Coordinator

Cromwell Place is seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of HR services on a fixed 10-month contract. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and collaborating with the payroll team.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • HR Administration: Maintaining accurate HR records, updating the HR Information System, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinating job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance in line with company policies.
  • Policy Implementation: Supporting the roll-out and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing.

This role requires an organised, proactive, and approachable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar HR role, strong administrative skills, and familiarity with HR systems and processes.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
