**Job Description:**

We are looking for an Effective Workforce Manager to join our Property Services team at The Riverside Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling operations for repairs, services, and compliance works.
  • Work closely with operatives to ensure efficient workload management and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry into our systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Salary:** £30,395 - £32,455 per annum
