Head of Sales and Acquisitions

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our submission strategy, evaluate manuscripts, and collaborate closely with the primary agents and rights team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in rights sales, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum. Benefits include a hybrid work arrangement, 3 days a week in our London office, and 2 remote days. We offer a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 9 months, with the possibility of renewal up to 12 months.
The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, able to juggle a large workload, and thrive in a small but busy team environment. Experience with Bradbury Philips is highly desirable, and discretion and confidentiality are must-haves.
