Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our site acquisition efforts as the Head of Site Acquisitions and Partnerships. This role requires someone with a strong background in sales, business development, and site acquisition, who can manage a team of site acquisition managers and drive lead generation amongst various stakeholders.

About the Team
You will report directly to the Locker Lab Partnerships & Acquisition Director and be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for securing hosts and sites for Royal Mail parcel lockers. The team operates within business standards and policies, and you will be accountable for meeting overall and sector acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of site acquisition managers to achieve acquisition targets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation amongst local, regional, and national groups, independents, and other relevant hosts
• Establish and administer the reward system on successful acquisitions and go-live

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of managing target-driven sales or site acquisition teams and a strong understanding of the logistics industry.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £4,800 or cash equivalent of £4,300, full family healthcare, 18% on-target bonus opportunity, 27.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with time served, and a pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.
