We are seeking an accomplished Head of International Partnerships to join our team as the Associate Director for the College of Design, Creative and Digital Industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of international partnerships, collaborations, and student exchanges. They will work closely with the PVC Head of College, DVC for Global Engagement and Employability, and other stakeholders to drive innovation, grow external professional engagement, and improve the quality of international, employability, and corporate social responsibility plans and achievements.

The successful candidate will have a track record of successful international development and partnerships, growing external professional engagement, and setting up collaborations with employers. A skilled communicator, they will bring demonstrable success improving TEF, KEF, REF, NSS, and other measures of quality and success for the University.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package including benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and access to professional development opportunities.
