Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Head of Sales Operations. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of high-performing Account Executives to drive customer acquisition and growth globally.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operations strategy to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and materials that enable successful selling.
- Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion. You will also have experience selling technical products or services to medium and large companies, with a deep understanding of EMEA markets and the nuances of selling across this diverse region.
Estimated salary: €90,000 - €140,000 per year, depending on experience.
