Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of European Sales Operations to lead our sales operations across the European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, a deep understanding of the European market, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales performance metrics.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the European market.

Key qualifications include a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective sales processes.

Able to travel within Europe as required and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €100,000 - €130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
