Head of European Sales Operations

We are seeking an experienced Head of European Sales Operations to lead our successful business growth and commercial operations in the European Insurance market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue growth targets and experience in running regional platforms as a senior manager or director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business growth and commercial operations of our InsureMO (PaaS) business in the European market
- Deliver direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business
- Create and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategy
- Establish, develop and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with the C Suite, key decision-makers and influencers
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
Location: Flexible across Europe but preference is given to candidates based in the UK
