  • Lead and advise the sales team on deal strategy and structuring for winning deals in a SaaS environment.
  • Provide guidance for Salesforce CPQ quote and contract processes, driving pricing structure/strategy.
  • Oversee daily deal/pricing approvals for the applicable region, ensuring compliance with business rules and policies and escalating exceptions.
  • Identify process and policy gaps and recommend improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and increase deal velocity.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in deal management and pricing in a high-tech software/SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, Clari, and Tableau.
