Sales and Deal Strategy Lead

Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to showcase the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
- Lead and advise the sales team on deal strategy and structuring for winning deals in a SaaS environment.
- Provide guidance for Salesforce CPQ quote and contract processes, driving pricing structure/strategy.
- Oversee daily deal/pricing approvals for the applicable region, ensuring compliance with business rules and policies and escalating exceptions.
- Identify process and policy gaps and recommend improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and increase deal velocity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deal management and pricing in a high-tech software/SaaS industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, Clari, and Tableau.
