Sales Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Lead to join our team at Law Business Research Limited.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of digital products, leading a team of sales representatives, and developing and implementing coaching and training programs.
The role requires the ability to manage pipeline and forecasting to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, establish sales objectives, and develop sales quotas.
Responsibilities:- Leadership and management of a team of sales representatives
- Developing and implementing coaching and training programs
- Managing pipeline and forecasting to achieve targets
- Establishing sales objectives and developing sales quotas
- Analysing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to inform sales plans
- Maintaining a strong team culture and motivating junior sales representatives
- Building cross-organizational relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing product expertise and support to the team
- Negotiating with clients and building strategic relationships
