About the Role

This Women's Community Support Specialist position requires a candidate who can provide flexible and effective psychosocial interventions to women in the Criminal Justice system.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies.

The salary for this part-time role is £9626, based on the location and job description.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a trauma-informed approach.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor client progress and make adjustments to support plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
